• Premium features are available through subscription plans

• PDFs are stored in Firebase Storage with secure access controls
• We implement file size limits and usage tracking for system integrity
• Your files are stored in your personal storage space
• We maintain usage analytics for service improvement
• Data processing complies with GDPR requirements where applicable

5. Service Limitations

• Maximum file size: 50MB per PDF
• Storage quota based on subscription level
• Processing time may vary based on file size and system load
• Service availability subject to maintenance and updates
• Vector store processing subject to OpenAI's service availability

6. Intellectual Property

• You retain all rights to your uploaded content
• You grant us limited license to process your files for service delivery
• Our Service's features, code, and interface are protected by intellectual property laws
• You may not copy or modify the Service's software

7. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service
• Upon termination, your files will be deleted after 30 days
• You may request account deletion at any time
• Premium features access ends with subscription termination
